Advanced Organics Recovery Technology Development for the Salinas Valley Solid Waste Authority
The Salinas Valley Solid Waste Authority (SVSWA) invites sealed proposals for the Advanced Organics Recovery Technology Development. The Request for Proposals (RFP) will be available Friday, February 13, 2026, at 126 Sun Street, Salinas, CA 93901. To obtain a copy call (831) 775-3014 or e-mail bids@svswa.org.
Sealed proposals will be received in the Authority Clerk’s office until 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at which time proposals will be opened in the Authority’s Conference Room.
