Board of Directors Special Meeting

Important Notice

Due to State, County and local orders and recommendations on protocols to contain the spread of COVID-19, all of the Board of Directors will be attending remotely from various locations. Members of the public will only be allowed to submit comments via email.

Based on guidance from the California Department of Public Health and the California Governor’s Officer, in order to minimize the spread of the COVID 19 virus, please do the following:

1. You are strongly encouraged to observe the live stream of the Board of Directors meeting on our website at https://svswa.org/live-stream-meetings/ or on our YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/user/svswa831.
2. If you choose not to attend the Board of Directors meeting but wish to make a comment on a specific agenda item, please submit your comment via email by 5:00 p.m. on the Wednesday prior to the meeting. Please submit your comment to the Clerk of the Board at comment@svswa.org. Your comment will be placed into the record at the Board of Directors meeting.
3. If you are watching the live stream of the Board of Directors meeting and wish to make either a general public comment or to comment on a specific agenda item as it is being heard, please submit your comment, limited to 250 words or less, to the Clerk of the Board at comment@svswa.org. Every effort will be made to read your comment into the record, but some comments may not be read due to time limitations. Comments received after an agenda item will be made part of the record if received prior to the end of the meeting.
4. Limited seating with audio/video of the Board of Directors meeting will be available in the Large Conference Room.
5. If you attend the Board of Directors meeting in person, you will be required to maintain appropriate social distancing, i.e., maintain a 6-foot distance between yourself and other individuals. You will still be required to submit your comments via email.

Debido a las órdenes y recomendaciones estatales, del condado y locales sobre los protocolos para minimizar la propagación de virus COVID-19, todos los miembros del Consejo Directivo asistirán de forma remota desde varios lugares. Los miembros del público solo podrán proveer comentarios por correo electrónico.

Basado en la orientación del Departamento de Salud Pública de California y el Oficial del Gobernador de California, para minimizar la propagación del virus COVID 19, haga lo siguiente:

1. Le recomendamos encarecidamente que observe la transmisión en vivo de la reunión del Consejo Directivo en nuestra página https://svswa.org/live-stream-meetings/ o el canal de YouTube https://www.youtube.com/user/svswa831.
2. Si elige no asistir a la reunión del Consejo Directivo, pero desea hacer un comentario sobre un tema específico de la agenda, envíe su comentario por correo electrónico antes de las 5:00 p.m. el miércoles anterior a la reunión. Envíe su comentario al Secretaria del Consejo a comment@svswa.org. Su comentario se incluirá en el registro en la reunión del Consejo Directivo.
3. Si está escuchando la transmisión en vivo de la reunión del Consejo Directivo y desea hacer un comentario público general o comentar en un tema específico de la agenda mientras escucha, envíe su comentario, limitado a 250 palabras o menos, a la Secretaria del Consejo a comment@svswa.org. Se hará todo lo posible para leer su comentario en el registro, pero algunos comentarios pueden no leerse debido a limitaciones de tiempo. Los comentarios recibidos después del tema de la agenda serán parte del registro si se reciben antes del final de la reunión.
4. Abra asientos limitados con audio / video de la reunión del Consejo Directivo disponibles en la Sala de Conferencias.
5. Si asiste a la reunión del Consejo Directivo en persona, usted será requerido a mantener el distanciamiento social adecuado, es decir, mantener una distancia de 6 pies entre usted y otras personas. Aún deberá enviar sus comentarios por correo electrónico.
